Point and click adventures are incredibly popular on iDevices. This will be no different.
The second piece of unsubstantiated rumour to find it's way onto the site today, we've heard rumours that Monkey Island 2: Le Chucks Revenge is heading to the App Store in the form of an updated 'Special Edition'. Kotaku have reported that the game is likely to be announced very soon, perhaps as early as GDC later in the week.
With the first Monkey Island game released on the iPhone to the applaud of critics last year, it wouldn't be surprising to see Lucas Arts follow it up with a sequel. Kotaku have also reported that the special edition is likely to feature 'all-new graphics and audio', which was exactly the same way with the first Monkey Island outing on the App Store.
We'll be following the output from GDC closely over the coming days, and will be sure to confirm whether this rumour has any truth behind it or not later in the week.
