With Retina Display support Lets Golf! 2 could look stunning.
Lets Golf! was a cracking little game of golf, packing in a ton of features into a small package presented wonderfuly with great visuals. When we reviewed the original on it's release we gave it a 9/10 with this to say...
"Lets Golf! Is iPhone gaming done right. It looks beautiful, easily surpassing most games available on the Nintendo DS with its visuals, it benefits from the touch screen and it delivers incredible value. Burn it to a cartridge or UMD and this is a game that could retail for £24.99 on any other handheld system. With the exception of some slightly repetitive music (and for some reason this app was immune to my iPhones “mute” switch) Lets Golf! is a highly recommended title, not just for fans of the sport, but also for anyone that’s looking for quality on the App Store."
With this in mind the sequel is looking even better, although we are a bit concerned by some of the power ups involved, at one instance it appears one of the characters uses magic to change the surface of a sandtrap to grass?!
